Lol, it does. The chat is basically dead, there are a few posts daily on the boards, and it seems like we're slowly decaying.
We should do some more events, tourneys, (mass e-mailing), and Xat Fun Nights.

Yes Topia is slowly dying, chat box has been dead for a while now though. Only comments are the days gap between messages that always says YO?.
Some more tourneys or anything to help bring members active would be great.

It feels like that, except for the hueg leik ecksbawks.
I've been occupied with school and such, and when I do get on the internet, it's mainly for c-boxes, since forums don't get much posts.
I'm always on AIM or whatever though. XD
