So, I upgraded to NXE (<3 it) but there is a problem, it won't read discs. It reads some of it, then it just says "Open Tray". It's pissing me off, anyone experiencing the same thing?

Does this happen with all your games? Try with multiple game disks to see if it is really your disk drive, or possibly just a dirty game disk.

It's all of them, even BJ:N&B (Brand new, I got it like 3 or 4 days ago)
Sounds like your disc drive is shot. You may want to call MS.
