obviously, i can't predict what the final settlement will end up being, once the trial has finished, but the way class-action lawsuits usually work, you may not even have to return the game. it will probably just be a matter of showing that your drum pedal broke the same way the lawsuit specifies. you MAY also have to prove that the game was purchased within a certain time frame, if the defense has good enough lawyers. there's a possibility you won't even have to return the faulty one. don't quote me on that, though, as the trial is far from over.
