Title: Anyone playing Animal Crossing: City Folk?
Graveman - December 29, 2008 10:44 PM (GMT)
I need a hand with something. Nothing major, but I could still use some help.
Tom Nook is being a bitch. I had the game for over a week and Nook keeps selling the same damn tools every day (the shovel, fishing rod, watering can and bug net). But I need an axe, a timer (if it's still in the game from Wild World) and most importantly, a slingshot.
If anyone has these and are willing to part with them, could I buy them from you? I'll pay 10,000 bells for all three, the slingshot, timer and axe. It's a profit of 8,500 bells.
My info is below:
- Name: Maxx
- Town: Blasdell
- AC:CF Friend Code: 4683-2580-6171
- Wii Friend Code (if needed): 6067-0355-1668-1767
- Wii Speak: Yes (wont use it unless you want to).
I appreciate the hand, because no one at GameFAQs is responding to my topic.

What happened to Time Traveling until he finally sells them?

I don't time-travel. It fucks everything up. I play legit. Never even time-traveled in Wild World.
Nekolo, it's a nice game. But a lot of features in the GameCube game that weren't in the DS version for space reasons are not back in this Wii version (the soccer/Euro football that's in the village where players can push around, for example). Also, because it's the winter months, earning money is very tough, since all the valuable fish and bugs that can be sold aren't there in winter.
In fact, if money weren't so slow to make, I could raise enough to expand the store to it's best form, which would have all the tools available, and then I'd have solved my own problem.
