Title: I need your help.

I have been wondering if I should get a Playstation 3 console. So, far I have $105 and found out the Playstation 3 is $400. Is it wise to save up and get a Playstation 3 console? Reason I am asking this is because my Wii console is starting to get boring and I want more content but, the Wii doesn't fill my needs. Sure, it is a great system, but I want more. I am worried that once I get a Playstation 3 I won't play it. I want to know if that is true.

Well, it essentially depends on your taste of games. The Playstation 3's library leans more towards shooters, despite the fact it has a wide array of genres available. And by wide array, I mean Metal Gear Solid.

Although, I'd suggest that in order to be able to use a Playstation 3 to its full potential, that you have an HD television. Of course, this is completely optional, but there's no better way than to fap to those graphics.

LOL, you should go back under your rock. If you want shear graphical power, go with the PS3 no doubt. Regardless of what anybody says, the PS3 has a lot of great exclusives. While the library is still not as grand as the 360, it's a great system in it's own right. The PS3 is a great media player as it sports a built-in Blu-ray player and you can play music and videos from memory card (Or flash drive) on your PS3. As for the graphics, they are pretty much on par because of the laziness on the part of the developers. Look up Heavy Rain and Killzone 2, not even close anymore.
