Its got some pretty sweet colors to it. I really like the smear effects you have going there. I'm not going to pretend to know what you all did to it, but it works out quite nicely. The text is alright, however there is a tension edge because it is so close to the border, try moving it in a bit next time.
Overall, ts a good signature, keep working on it.
