Apparently the Xbox marketplace is down, meaning many issues with downloads and account management are happening, along with users not having the ability to purchase points.

I believe the marketplace is now working fine.

Yeah, but while the Midnight club DLC is on PSN, its delayed on X360.

I know the Market place is public and free, but it makes me feel like an idiot paying for XBL gold membership.

You can get dlc w/o xbox live gold after a couple of days. Most of the time however you can get it the same day. As for the delay, I wasn't aware of that.
