If you could enhance any body part with a cyborg-esque enhancement, what would it be, and what would it do?

I'd want my left testicle to shoot a laser beam, so I can show people I mean business. Oh, and also having my pancreas substituting for an extremely powerful magnet. No one would know where the disturbance is coming from in my body, because seriously—who the fuck even knows what a pancreas is?
