Title: Anime/manga Forum Rules

Double Oh Seven - June 7, 2007 04:20 AM (GMT)
Purpose of Anime & Manga:
The Anime & Manga Forum is to provide the space for both serious and casual discussion about anime, manga, and related topics (e.g. AMVs, music, artwork, etc)

Rules

Spelling and Grammar
1. Netspeak or 1337 is prohibited. Topics/Post composed purely of Netspeak will be modified by a moderator, if it happens repeatedly the user will be issued a warning
2. Excessive lack of consideration for grammar is prohibited and will be modified by a moderator. If English isn't your native language and you are constantly getting called out for bad grammar pm a moderator and tell them. The basics are simple though: remember punctuation (I.e. ".", "!", "?", ",") and remember to capitalize the first letter in a sentence and capitalize the "I" (aka "you") in a sentence.

Okay, sort of my first action has 'owner' of this particular forum, I need to pin this (lol why was it not pinned in the first place?). Also, a bit more to add....

One More Rule

~Make meaningful posts!! Try to make them at least one, or maybe if you think you can do it, TWO sentences long. Just saying "lol I agree" is not going to exactly help topic be interesting and survive long. Longer posts make more valid points, creating a decent discussion, which sort of goes along the lines of a 'forum'.

Remember, they don't have to be as long as that 10 page essay you wrote in history. As long as you get in a good point or two and add to the conversation.

The rules 007 stated still apply. So, later y'all.
