What is your view?

I think you have to take the good with the bad, now'a'days.

For instance, we have cars now, and they help us out a GREAT deal. However, this means we're polluting more.

On the most part, I like being in this time zone and world. Agreed there's mean and evil people, but it balances it out because there's nice and friendly people too.

Wow, where do i start with this? The current world we live in is far from a Utopia, as society is divided by many racial, economical, and gender related differences. All the issues going on in the world is totally redundant and stupid, well not all of them but most of the world's issus are. First lets start with Gay marriage, and/or gay men serving in the military. First off why aren't they allowed to fight again, if it resorts to it, separate them from the other soldiers or better yet consider that not all gay men are horny for other men, jesus. Let the gay men fight, because I'm sure as hell not, so you can shove it America. Gay marriage, ok? Why is this even a issue? If you dislike gay men so much, let them get married, i'm sure many a married men can attest that marriage isn't that great, though this doesn't express everyones opinion on it but i digress. Really, they should do what they want it isn't bothering anybody and frankly, wouldn't it be better for there to be less gay people hunting for more gay people? My point on gay marriage is crude, but the general point is they should do whatever they want.

Now the war. Ok this shows how we are money-grubbing bastards, yes the terrorist destroyed the Twin Towers on 9/11, but you know what? It was a godsend to Bush because it gave him an excuse to go to war with Iraq. Know why, do i have to spell it out, OIL! You've seen the high ass Gas prices these days, and how they constantly vary. Oil is getting limited and Bush simply wants what the other countries has. All that oil to ourselves would be a profitable thing, especially considering how much Amercian's consume. No i'm not saying Bush is completely full of shit.....alright i am. The world is run by business people, the twin towers was just a catalyst to what they have been wanting to do for years. Not to start conspiracies, but why wasn't the tower inspected and dealt with after the first bomb incident with the TT's back in the 90's? Refer to above thank you. Yes i do support our troops, because again, i'm not gonna get myself killed for this country thank you.

Obesity. Go on a diet America.

Hmm, i find it amusing that america, mentally comes short compared to some other nations. Of course Japan is far more intelligent than us, but you know why? Japanese parents discipline their kids. Thats right, a rant on parents. I don't know if you have ever went to the park and seen a kid asking his mother for something, and as soon as soon as the mom says no, the kid goes crazy. Yeah bet you 99% of the time, that mom won't lay a hand on that kid. This concept applies to schooling to, parents listen to me. Make sure kids stay in school. Beat them. Yell at them. Make threats. Not serious threats but enough to keep the little bastards from becoming really, really retarded and a failure at life. Of course its not just because of parents, Americans tend to be lazy, and who knows this better then me? :P

Ok this is obviously picking at the United States current state just in case your wondering. Now racial issues. Yes there is still racism in America, hard to believe eh? </sarcasm> Of course theres racism, and there will always be racism. Many reasons because of this, one is Fear, two is stereotypes and three is because people will always believe they're better then another person. As a hispanic young man in what else, Brooklyn i know racism pretty well. I get messed with by cops often just because of my race, only thing that saves me sometimes is my best friend. Racism will always exist in this society, especially if it remains diverse in terms of race. Hence why america is not so bright and shiny like it implies.

Illegal Immigrants. Let them in and leave them alone. If you lose your job to an illegal immigrant who doesn't even know english, then you should go back to school dumbass and shut the #### up.

I could go on more but i don't want to and i think tou get the point and if you need a summary here it is. The world is cruel, hard, money hungry and unfair. Deal with it, because it'll be that way until we die, until our kids die, and until our grandkids die. No way around it, the world sucks thats the inevitable conclusion. Being a child in america is the best thing you could be, no bills, no worries, no troubles, theorically. I'm not including the inevitable problems many kids face these days thanks to their families or whatever other reason. But you know, sometimes i wonder if people are best left stupid. Ignorance is bliss after all. Thats my two cents.

I agree with lion on everything. However, one thing I want to point on that I can't agree on more is the discipline for children. Every week, be it at a store, a park, or wherever, there is a kid screaming, kicking, sometimes even swearing at their parents because they can't get what they want. You know what happened when I pulled that crap when I was a kid? I got the belt, grounded, yelled at. Does that make my parents bad people? It sure as hell doesn't, I have probably the best parents a person could ask for, they are flexible, but strict, and are reasonable. Anyway, back on Topic. Kids should be disciplined, I really cannot stand watching kids pull that kind of crap, kicking, screaming, hitting. And you know what their parents do? "Please stop James. Please, comon now, stop it." Christ, discipline your kids people, its sickening.

I wasn't implying that it counted for EVERY child's parent's. Naturally there will be exceptions, but a large portion of the parent in America fail to do it and thats the problem. I'm encouraging that that parents beat their kids, i WANT them to do it, but for the right reasons of course. I'm not saying just beat the crap out of them on a whim, just to do it when they do stupid crap and misbehave. Of course i WILL beat my kids if they misbehave, i'll do it in public to just to prove a point. I didn't say beating your kids makes you a bad parent, hell it only does if you just do it for fun because of your own personal issues. My parents beat me when i acted stupid, and i turned out fine, well mannered and intelligent. Parents should discipline their kids, yelling, hitting, w/e works as long as they get the point.

But wait now...where do you think they get it from eh? Some from parents but the majority gets it from The T.V and video games such as hummm GRAND THEFT AUTO! *cough* don't get me wrong it's not that bad if your mature enough. these kids the new gen after us is going to take these things into real life. I mean Read the label on the bottem for christs sake If it says rated M for mature 17+ souldn't they keep that in mind. I mean if i was a parent (thank god i'm not cause that would be awkward) if my kid said can i get this. You should examine it and read the labels. If it said Rated M for mature 17+ extreem gore voilence and excessive language. I don't think i'ld buy it for my child. I mean i might buy them but you should make sure that you keep it somewhere those kiddie little grubby hands wouldn't get to it am i right? Kicking and screaming also. These parents don't show anything towards those kids at home with give them what ever their little heart desires. I mean you want your kid to be happy but not swearing at you and think they're the boss. Show no marcy to the kid if he does something bad fight back. I don't mean throw him into a wall or something but i mean send them to their room. take away something thats what my mother did and it set me straight. Shes a great mom soft and handled me and my sister well. I'm not talking to all parents but those many who let their kid watch or play what ever they want it ticks me off.

Going to quote from dublohs post he said "swearing kicking screaming at the parents" Lion said something about staying in school. This beavior leads to them doing pot drinking booze yada yada. Which leads to dropping out skipping class being a total a$$hole to everyone except their friends. But the only way to stop it is dicipling your child at a young age show them no mercy.

Going to obesity. Well the kids now ( i should know i do it all the time). Sit around watching T.V all day or go on the computer. They get no physical activity. These things can lead to bordem. And you know what bordem leads to. Yep you guessed it right EATING. Sutdies show when your bored you want to eat. Well keep being bored keep eating and what do you get? 9 million overweight kids. These parents should do something. Like maybe thorw all that junk away or give it to us topians (like we need it but i was just kidding) Storew it away and get fruits veggies. Celery and peanut butter kept me happy as a kid. Teach your kid the food groups and show what will happen to them.

Also obseity comes for the childs parents eating habits. It's also their fault. You don't know it but your kid watch what you do eat and everything else. SO if they see you do it they think it's ok and eat and do the things you do. SO you eat healthy to it on't kill you. I loved veggies and my fruits that the only things i'ld eat. And i still eat lots of them. Try new healthy recipies when you cook. Don't order take out for a long while it does wonders (trust meh ^^ ).

It's a free country right so lets have an international country! Sure i think illigeal immigration is wrong cause it's not legal but a lot of mexicians are. Don't get all mad at them read laws and everything americians live for. Take a traip to washington read the documents. FREE COUNTRY! MExicians arn't all that bad either without them we wouldn't have tacos or most salsas or lots of recipies. They should learn english and we should learn their language but don't get all upset cause of mexicians its not their fault people don't do anything about it. They want to live free why don't you get mad at indians or asians were all the same.
