Four score and many months ago, I had a dream. That dream was to choose an administrator for Topia that would further its growth and popularity. Now, after several tasks that has delved deeper into the personality of members than known before and one election, the staff has chosen an administrator.

After debate in the staff room, Falco, Over My Head, and I have chosen an administrator we felt best for the job. One that had an equal balance of activity and admin know-how.

Everyone, please welcome Tutankoopa to the staff team. If you are at all interested our next choice would have been Wolf-RS. Tutankoopa has been chosen because he is active and knows a good deal about being an administrator.

Please show Tutankoopa the respect he deserves, as well as the rest of the participants of these Applicant Wars.

So if I may announce a team winner, good job Team Phoenix, you're all winners. Tutankoopa just won more than everyone else.
