The whole thing is horrible if you ask me, and not well thought out, and lacking any evidence. You can't go on a whim and ban someone because you think, when you have no substantial evidence to do so.

There is no evidence to prove if he's even related to damon. It could be some extremely random user who found their names and decided to sign up with that alias. How do we know that? We have as much evidence to prove that as we do evidence to prove that he's damon or damon's brother.

He was banned because he was the main reason why this site was tearing itself apart. The staff agreed and a penalty had to be given for his TOS violations.

People could have accepted that he is Damon's brother. Come on, its not impossible. Someone says hes a members brother, and everyone starts flaming him for something he never said? What proof do they have? Come on, give it to me, and I'll believe you, or if you don't, you are just lying and your just banning him for no reason.

We can't prove physically they're the same, but it's likely you can't prove they're not.

They act the same, type the same, make the same errors, and Fire makes contradictions all over the place.

Did you not see all of the topics about him? Did he make those topics saying he was his brother? No, he did not. It people made many topics about you, wouldn't you be pissed to? All he did was defend himself, after countless posts saying he was his brother.

About him going away on vacation, people do that. It's summer break for most people, thats what they do.

So he types like his bro, who cares. The way i see it is, there is only 2 ways to type: With good grammar and spelling, and without good grammar and spelling. If we matched peoples typing here, it would show that many people have the same typing. Are they all alts? I would think not.

You speak a lot about TOS. Is making a topic just to call out a member ok? Is banning someone for no real reason ok?

Is it so hard to accept that he has a brother who likes gaming? My brother likes gaming, if I showed him the site and he signed up, would you ban him on spot? Would topics pop up with the same damn thing(saying that I had no brother)? I would hope not.

The staff will discuss this matter at a later time (it's just me online right now). We need a better time to discuss this in-depth. Until then, this entire matter is on lock-down. Any further posts on this matter will result in suspension. Do I make myself clear?

Criticize me as you will for seeming to avoid the matter, but I act with staff consent, not on a totalitarian belief. We'll need time to fully develop our stance.

First off, I'm a little sickened by all the tut hating going on right now. This site will fall apart if you can't respect admin decisions. Tut is a reasonable guy, he's not some nazi here to ruin the site. Quit giving him flak, he's doing his best.

And secondly, you FirePowah defenders really need to realize that you don't have much of an argument. Damon has a history of doing crap like this on other sites, he makes the exact same spelling mistakes on his alt account, has the exact same habits, exact same personality, and contradicted himself so many times it should be blatantly obvious something is fishy here.

For example, Fire Powah, in the Smoking thread, said

Yeah.

Something is obviously fishy here, as if damon or whoever it is is having some sort of identity crisis. Not exactly typical of someone who knows who they are.

There's a ton of evidence against Fire Powah here, so shut up about the whole issue and claiming tut's stupid and doesn't listen. You guys have a point too, but there's even less evidence for the poor guy.

What I'm trying to say here is, all this tut hating and contention is just bringing down the site. I'm banned for a good reason, and I completely respect tut for that decision(though I think 7 days may be a little harsh xD). I'm the one banned here, so I dunno if you guys have much of a reason to be pissed at him compared to my own.

It's also kind of stupid that you'd hate on tut, your admin and a respected veteran member, over a new member that was basically damon number 2 in spirit whether it's actually damon or not.

Please, for the sake of the board, just calm down, it's not that big of a deal.
