Title: System Wars
Description: Wii, PS3, or 360?

A spot to point out the flaws in the systems you don't like and go on about everything the system you think is better is doing right.
Normally I would start this but I'm more interested to see what others are saying first. Then I'll throw my opinion in the mix.

The Wii has the same old games from the every other Nintendo console Mario,Zelda Pokemon etc...except those games are slighty different because of gimmicky controls, 360 has the best games selection but the console seems to be suffering from a very deadly cold called RRoD. PS3 lacks games but has MGS4, which is worth the console alone but after that it's just gonna be a DVD player and a very expensive paper weight.

Let the flames burn me alive

I am not really going to argue any of those points.
Nintendo is going with what has always worked and running off with tons of money because of it.
Microsoft had to extend the RRoD warranty to three years cause of the 100% fail rate their systems where having and PS3 is still overpriced to make any headway.
In the long run, the system I think will get put down first will probably be the 360 over the other candidates.

360 by miles and miles. Not even close.

Some people are blowing this RROD way out of proportion. It isn't as bad as you think.

This is when I jump in and point out things wrong with the system :custom3:
Don't worry I will do it to all of them.

360, also referred as the Xbox three shitty at the Gamestop stores in Appleton, almost always fails, not to bad if you like the month pause from when the system dies to when you get another sent back to you, if you just don't buy another.
Microsoft charges for seemingly anything it can from the things that come standard with PS3 like HD cables and free online offered by Both Wii and PS3. If you want to play wireless you are looking to pay an extra 100 for the wireless hookup and so on. Thats all I will say for now = P

This doesn't make sense to me. LIVE costs 5$ a month, for an online program that is light years better than the Wii. (Haven't seen the PS3 online, can't judge)

True. I see the Wii as the random match tool that 360 has and nothing more.

Wait wut? Xbox Live has voice chat, possabilty to send messages, almost lag free online and a great selection of online games. The Wii's online is limited laggy and terrible, if you're saying the Wii's online is as good as Live's then you've never played on Live before. You may have to pay 5$ a month but it's worth it

This.

Plenty of people pay $15 a month for WoW, I don't really see how $5 a month is bad at all. On top of that, XBL is completely optional; it's not like you have to pay if you're not going to use it.

ZXDarknessfalls - July 15, 2008 04:25 PM (GMT)
What I said was that the wii is like the 360 random match tool and nothing more, I was poking at the wii's very limited ability, not at 360 online.

Doctah - July 15, 2008 05:33 PM (GMT)
HD cables came with my 360.
