I find it very odd that the N64 version of Banjo Kazooie is coming out for Xbox Live Arcade, yet there was a situation months ago where Goldeneye 007 was rumored to be released over XBLA, but couldn't because Nintendo wouldn't let them release a game made using Nintendo's hardware.

Why is it suddenly ok for this game to be released when it was made with the N64's hardware, and why the hell is Goldeneye 007 still not planned?

I have a feeling the Goldeneye will be released for download in due time...

Or for WiiWare, which I would rather see it on, not Xbox Live.

well since Microsoft owns rare rare now they can do whatever they want right?

... I need a 360... NOW. Tales of Vesperia Demo up on XBL Marketplace. DO FUCKING WANT. (Yes. ToV Demo. That is all.)

Also: Just because Banjo was developed by Rare doesn't mean they own all of it. Half the rights to the original two Banjo Kazooie games belong to Nintendo. I don't know how they got Ninty to agree to this, or why Ninty would agree to this at all.

Microsoft had a pretty good conference yesterday. They truly do have many titles that are coming out in the future. I'm seriously pumped up for the new GoW, Fable, and B&K.

Same here, especially GoW. It looks even more awesome than the first, and the first was epic.
