My Return and Plans for the Future of Topia

We have taken a few bytes of the internet and transformed it into something great. We’ve brought this website to stand what it is today. But, there is one thing a site must have to flourish, a staff, and leading that, the admins to lead even them. You know, as an admin you are required to do certain things, make certain decisions. There comes a point in an admin’s life when he has to make the ultimate decision and ask himself these questions. Has the time put into it been worth it? Is it worth it to continue on with this? Should one decide to stay, or to pass the reigns onto another and continue on in a new path? Has he been reliable? Trustworthy? Not only a leader, but a friend? The easiest part is done. The easy part is making those decisions. The true challenge one must overcome when he or she reaches this stage is commitment. As an admin, is he committed to what he does? We do things not because they are easy my friends, but because they are difficult. And to say that upon my return that the coming days will be a breeze, that would be a lie.

But Topia will rise, yes, it will rise. But not because of me, or Tutankoopa, or whomever. Alone we are but one person. But together, we are Topia.

Topians, let us all make our own decisions and ask ourselves these questions, is this the point where we go our own ways, or stay true to our path. Because at Topia, we rise to the challenge.

Feeling Epic?

I regret not returning sooner, but it could be no other way. I had decisions to make, about my life both on the internet and off. Well, I have made my choices, so we shall how they serve us. On an unrelated note, because I suck at transitions, I was delighted to find you guys had not forgotten my birthday, although I was disheartened some of the comments within. I apologize, especially to kidyoshi, if my extended absence gave anyone the feeling that I didn’t care about Topia. That notion could not be farther from the truth. I care about Topia very much. And to simply hand it off to someone with no warning or discernable plan would be most irresponsible on my part.

After a much needed vacation and considerable withdrawals from my favorite Topians (and considerable asking from a couple of members) I have returned to my fellow Topians. And just in time for the heat of summer.

Now that I am back I will be actively advertising around and helping Topia forward into a new era of activity. I hope you and all of our fellow Topians will join me and lend your helping hands in this endeavor, so that more residents of the internet may find a haven of friendly members, that haven being, of course, Topia. We support this site not because it is what we must do, it is because it is what we may do.

Tldr; I’m back. ::):
