Title: Re Chain of Memories is coming to the US!

If you haven't heard the news, the remake of chain of memories is arriving to the US on December 2nd, 2008 at the price of $29.99. It was released in Japan for the PS2 and now is coming here. Sadly, there is no news for final mix yet but, this is a good sign that it will release here eventually. The orginal voice actors from 1-2 will be in this game. There will be some mini games included. I say you put this on your holiday list if you have a PS2.

Or a PS3 with backwards compatability. ;D
From what I heard, KH is essentially Final Fantasy in Disney form. I might get this later.

It kind of is but I still prefer Kingdom Hearts over FF.
I guess it's time to dust off my PS2.... But I'd rather just have the Final Mix instead of CoM.

Don't get this game? Seriously, this game is packaged with Final Mix+ in Japan and we get it separately with a nice price on it? Boo Square Enix, save your money or import FM+.

But it's the price of a DS game. Full 3D game for 30 dollars that actually has some quality, do want.

Well, you're forgetting the shipping costs, in addition to the mod chip necessary to play it.
Which, by my assumption, would be around $70+. I don't know about you, but I wouldn't want to dish out the possible additional $40 for a Kingdom Hearts 2.1 on the side.

Shipping is 7 dollars, still a better deal than this game alone.

FM+ IS in english for the most part, as for Re: CoM you can always look at a guide.

I never implied that the shipping cost made up of the majority of difference concerning the cost between the two games. I'm already aware of how much the shipping cost is. The mod chip required to play import games, which I still guess to be around $40+, makes for much of the difference.

Swap Magic softmod solution = $20.
No soldering required. No need to pop open your console, etc.
