okay. so, apparently, for anyone with the Japanese edition of Pokemon Platinum, you can get a Mystery Gift via Wifi until November 4th. the item you get is the Secret Key. this item grants you access to a special room in Team Galactic's headquarters, where Rotom can change to one of his 5 new forms.
