Title: Best Anime Voice?

Thread title explains all. Which anime character do you think has the best suitable voice, and voice acting of them all?
The one distinct voice that pops into my head is Lelouch's, from Code Geass. After listening to two season's worth of his incredibly deep Japanese voice, it makes it just as hard to stomach the dub. There are certain moments in the anime where the actual voice, and acting really shine along with the events of the plot.

It should be obvious after the first fifty typecasts that she's been cast as for moe tsundere characters. (Namely Shana (Shakugan no Shana), Louise (Zero no Tsukaima), Taiga (Tora Dora), etc.)

Aya's Konata voice is more memorable for me. Anyway Tomokazu Sugita is the only male japanese voice actor I care about. He played Yuuichi, Kyon, Hideki and Gintoki, series that I love and he's the male lead in all of them and I always thought his voice was perfect. As for english, my blind fanboyism says Crispin Freeman but there's Stephanie Sheh, Steven Blum and Michelle Ruff.

For the record and a change of pace, I have to say Hirano Aya and Wendee Lee are the most overrated pieces of blatant feces I have ever seen. Honestly, they're getting casted for literally just short of everything. It's ridiculous.
Also, Hirano Aya is an ugly whore (literally: she has done softcore porn :V) and her voice highly irritates me D:

'sides, it's not like I've watched it myself. H8 Hirano Aya. Friend watched it and came since he's a rabid fanboy, then proceeded to tell me about it where I just facepalmed :V
