Nintendo has announced (via IGN) that the Pikmin remake for Wii will launch December 25 in Japan for 3,800 yen (approx. US $36). The game is part of Nintendo's new "Play for Wii" series, which will be a collection of GameCube titles revised with Wii controls. Before Pikmin (and not counting previous Wii remake Resident Evil 4), Nintendo will re-release Donkey Kong Jungle Beat on December 11. Upcoming titles in the collection include Chibi Robo, Pikmin 2, Mario Tennis GC, Metroid Prime, and Metroid Prime 2 Dark Echoes. No word on any release dates outside of Japan, but we'll be live at Nintendo of America's press conference in San Francisco later today. |

Maybe Nintendo won't fail as bad for 2009. Since this all comes out in Japan 2008.

I think I'll get the metoid prime remake but the pikmin one.. no, i want new pikmins.
And I'm only getting the metroid remake because i dont actually have the GC game... i borrowed it and beat every single thing on it, 100% scans n everything.

When I was a wee young'n, I had no real taste in gaming. Back then, I saw Pikmin and said, "Lol, dumb game." but now, I really want to play MP1/2, Pikmin, and CR o n Wii. Stupid Nintendo dropping Gamecube and going to Wii.
Just a sort of off topic thing, what ever happened to that Lawsuit against Nintendo for the GCN Controller and the Wii Classic Controller?
